Sales Engineer personnel and Representatives to insure that all of our customers are serviced to the fullest extent.
All of our sales people
are fully trained and well versed in the precision sheet metal and machining
industries and are capable of providing added value and cost saving.
Estimating
Department
Our Estimating Department is equipped with state-of-the-art
estimating software capable of providing over 400% more quotes than our competitors, enabling
MJM to be more aggressive and more competitive.
Our software has a complete library of materials, hardware and our work center rate
to insure consistency from quote to quote.
All of our work center rates are compared to actual floor performance and are
automatically adjusted to meet our efficiency target of 100% estimate to
actual.
All notes and comments that are forwarded to us from our customers are added to our estimate note sections and are transferred to our manufacturing
software upon receiving an order to insure that no communication has been overlooked.

Annie along with the rest of our service department personnel are
ready to answer any question you may have, from pricing, to receiving an order, or the status of a current
order. All of our personal have been equipped with the latest Pentium computers and
are fully networked with our plant in order to answer any question you may have.

Engineering and
Programming Department
MJM
uses the most advanced CAD / CAM programming systems available.
From AutoCAD, MetalSoft, Pro Engineering (PRO-E) and TechSoft, which enable us to excel in our industry.
The Fabricam 2001 allows us to draw,
design, rotate, flip mirror parts, and
integrate other parts into one program.
This utilizes materials in the most efficient
manner, reducing the unit price, to make the item more competitive, and even allows us
to nest multiple parts, punch in sample components to check for accuracy, thereby
eliminating the waste of materials.
We employ Degreed Engineers using state-of-the-art computers and software, this enables
MJM
to be on the leading edge of technology. MJM can receive
your blue prints via the Internet at joed@mjmmfg.com
in any format from DXF, IGES, WMF, 3DS & DWG.
MJM has
developed it's own proprietary software which totally connects
our engineering programs to our turret presses via "DNC".

Production
Control Department
Our Production Control Department is
totally computerized using Profitkey's Rapid Manufacturing Software
which enables us to visualize our entire production schedule from order entry to shop floor operation control.
This software is a true capacity-planning program, which gives you up to the minute job status.
Reny Amaro is our Vice President of Operation and keeps a keen eye on our daily
production.
He may look nice, but he's tough on Production!
Purchasing is one key to MJM success, by
having all the resources, history and computer software to manage our business.
We are able to group components and forecast future material requirements thus enabling
us to contract the best material prices.
The professionals in
our Purchasing Department are just one more aspect of what makes us so competitive!
Finance Department
Our Finance
Department is staffed with highly
trained personnel that maintain a tight control on all aspects of our
accounting.

MJM prides itself on being a leader by employing the best possible
people in their respective departments.
Maria Perez heads up our Finance Department as our Comptroller.
Maria brings many years of experience from her prior employment
with Rachlin Cohen & Holtz Certified Public Accounting firm, which is one of South Florida's largest and most successful independent accounting firms.
Our CPA's manage all of MJM's financial needs thereby allowing us to meet
today's constantly changing financial challenges.
